В rsyslog.conf добавил шаблон
$template RemoteLogs,"/var/log/remotehosts/%HOSTNAME%/%PROGRAMNAME%.log"
if $fromhost-ip ! '127.0.0.1' then -?RemoteLogs
& stop
Но
[root@centos7 ~]# rsyslogd -f /etc/rsyslog.conf -N1

Что не так с кавычками?
